Mr. Frantz Paul is a Professional Software Developer

Frantz was born to Haitian immigrants and raised in Miami. He understood from a young age that his parents worked hard to give him a modest life. Equipped with that insight he realized the value of hard work and sacrifice. His parents emphasized to him the importance of education. His social environment occasionally made it hard to focus on school but he was determined to stay focused.
Coming into high school Frantz did not know much about what he wanted to accomplish. It was through a technology class that Frantz would find his interest in software and computing. Frantz first met Mr. Dulanto in the 9th grade by being one of his students in an AutoCAD class that he was teaching. Mr. Dulanto immediately let all his students know how he demanded excellence and hard work from them. He would give speeches to Frantz and other students to motivate them to perform their best and think about their future. It was during this class that Frantz developed his interest in computing and software. Frantz graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor and Master Degree in Computer Science from FIU. He worked as a graduate assistant for the Applied Research Center, under the Mission to Market Program. Frantz today works as a Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions on the Analytics and Intelligence team. What inspires Frantz today is the chance to be a critical-minded person that is productive in society. He is also motivated by being an example to other people about ignoring the distractions in life and staying focused on your goals. While he is still young and figuring life out, Frantz has already beat the odds his social environment placed on him. |
