In this class we cover coding with python, a programing language common in professional environments and good for beginner programmers due to its similarities to English, using Raspberry Pi, a versatile single-board computer that is good for small-scale projects and the instruction of computing. As the course advances and students become more proficient in Python, students begin learning physical computing, using sensors, LEDs, buttons, and more. Students in this course will learn basic programming, problem-solving, physical computing, and Linux operations.
